I have just come home from an NHS workshop someone recommended I attend. It was for recognising and dealing with anxiety. Because my mother is a councillor I knew and understood a lot of what they were teaching. But I found some very interesting things in the notes they gave to us:
*Don't think badly of others, be charitable in your thoughts, consider what they might be going through.
*Be grateful for the things you do well and the things you have, don't dwell on what you don't have or can't do.
*Exercise regularly, take time to relax and ponder the good things in life.
*Drastically reduce - but preferably cut out - Tea, Coffee and caffeinated drinks.
*Sing uplifting songs when feeling down or anxious.
*Keep a balance of all the things you do in life, don't indulge in one area and neglect another.
And I kept thinking; All this I know already, I learn it at Church! I love it!

Hear Hear! I love you!
Someone once told me the best education any of of will ever get is from being fully immersed in the gospel.
For an associates degree memorize the articles of faith.
For a Bachelor's degree read just the italics headings at the start of every chapter in all of the standard works.
For a Master's degree read all of the standard works.
For a PhD study all the footnotes in all the standard works.
We really are blessed to have so much truth at our fingertips!
